Does the WhatsApp bot shown in the demo run on a single AI model?

No. Bloom's WhatsApp bot automatically routes simple replies to Gemini 2.5 Flash and more complex conversations to Claude Haiku 4.5, depending on what the customer is asking.

Are the customer deposits shown in the demo processed through Razorpay?

No. Customer-facing deposits are collected through a direct UPI payment link to the salon's own UPI ID, confirmed manually by the owner. Razorpay is used only for Veloqit's own subscription billing, not customer payments.

Is the GST billing shown in the demo fully compliant?

Bloom generates GST-inclusive invoices at the current statutory rate for salon services, with GSTIN fields and downloadable PDFs. Invoices don't currently include HSN/SAC line-item codes — check with your CA if your filing needs those specifically.
